VIV'EN LOGIS - Construction de 20 logements
Viv'en Logis will offer 20 3 1/2 units to independent adults living with autism spectrum disorders, mild intellectual disabilities or physical disabilities. The reality will live up to the hopes of these people who so richly deserve it!

Expansion of Sainte-Bernadette school
We have the privilege of participating in the expansion of the Sainte-Bernadette school in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes. This project will add nine classrooms and a double gymnasium to the existing facilities, increasing the school's capacity from 192 to 408 students. The investment, valued at $11 million by the Ministry of Education, also includes $4.5 million to upgrade the existing building. The new facilities should welcome their first students as early as September 2026.

Chapiteau Grandchamp

With a surface area increasing from 368 m² to 933 m², the new fire station will feature three garage bays, enabling the relocation of a reserve pumper truck. The project also includes a system for capturing gases at source and the addition of rooms dedicated to specialized equipment. The redevelopment aims to improve facilities, integrating decontamination areas, a training room, enclosed dormitories and more functional living spaces.

Brique par Brique
In collaboration with the organization Brique par Brique, 31 off-market housing units for families and individuals will be built in the heart of the Parc-Extension neighborhood in Montreal. Thanks to an exceptional $650,000 grant from the City of Montreal and the transfer of the land by the City, this project takes another step toward the realization of a concrete and sustainable solution for affordable housing.

Les Habitations de la Gare in Mirabel
This 41-unit social and affordable housing project will soon welcome independent seniors, families and singles, for a total investment of $17 million. The project is made possible by contributions from the Government of Quebec (nearly $9.9 million), the Government of Canada ($1 million) and the Ville de Mirabel ($842,000).

Les Entreprises Christian Arbour is proud to be part of the construction of the new customer welcome center for Paradis des Fraises de Joliette, a beloved local business that has been delighting the region for over 75 years. This brand-new space will feature a welcoming retail store to better serve customers, along with a residential unit above the business. Designed to blend tradition and modernity, this project aims to provide a warm and functional space that reflects the spirit of this long-standing family business. À l'Ombre du Clocher
A little history... Over fifteen years ago, citizens of Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes expressed the need for affordable housing for seniors in our community. A committee, supported by professionals from the Direction de santé publique of the CISSS de Lanaudière and Habeo Grt, worked tirelessly to develop and implement this project. We are delighted to announce that our team has begun construction work on the À l'ombre du clocher residence in Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes. Scheduled to open in the spring of 2025, this residence will offer 16 units (3½ and 4½) in a safe environment adapted to independent or slightly frail seniors aged 65 and over.
